A Decade of Innovation: Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Hyaluronic Serum 10-Year Anniversary Campaign

Shot in London, and Launched at Sturm Haus, NYC , May 2026

To celebrate a decade of Dr. Barbara Sturm’s iconic Hyaluronic Serum, a visionary brand creative collaboration was brought to life—merging elemental beauty with athletic grace.

Filmed underwater in London, the campaign features both still and moving image, capturing a dreamlike weightlessness that mirrors the serum’s deeply hydrating, transformative power. Lending their strength and fluidity to the film are Team GB’s silver Olympic medallists along with Barbara herself.

In May 2026, the film became a centrepiece of Sturm Haus—the brand’s immersive pop-up experience in New York City—offering guests an intimate encounter with the campaign’s world: distilled, dynamic, and deeply elemental.

The global rollout spanned digital, online, PR, out-of-home, large-format billboards, digital billboards, fly posters, and a third-party retail POS.

THE CARING FOUNDATION - CONTENT SERIES

As part of the Carin Family Foundation’s 16 Days of Activism campaign, I directed a short film with the women of Apna Haq in Rotherham . Their strength, honesty, and commitment to community moved me deeply. It was an honour to help share their stories unfiltered, and a privilege to earn their trust.

THE CARING FOUNDATION CONTENT SERIES

A quiet, powerful portrait of resilience, this series of mini films were created for The Caring Family Foundation. It offers a rare glimpse into the lives of women living in the shadows of trauma and displacement. Told without faces or names, the film explores the invisible weight these women carry—and the small, human gestures that can begin to restore voice, agency, and healing. Through the simple act of writing a letter to themselves, they reclaim fragments of identity, finding space to be seen without being exposed.

MITHU SEN - Documentation of (Un)Mansplaining

I had the great pleasure of documenting this for Mithu while my own film was featured alongside her film in Heist Gallery’s “She Persists” At Palazzo Benzon during the 2019 Venice Biennale. During the opening , Mithu Sen—dressed allegorically between a Hindu Deva and a whip-wielding politician—delivered a performance with a ceremonial mallet, drawing attention to power, gender, and discourse.

The planned Impromptu captures Sen’s artistic philosophy—she enters & trusts her body and intuition to guide the moment. She blends pre-recorded male‐dominated lecture clips with bursts of invented gibberish: a strategy that dismantles patriarchal narrative systems in real time .The clash between authoritative male voices and Sen’s non‐language interjections creates a rupture—a performative revolt , allowing an “organic collapse of syntax” into a feminist counter‐voice .
